The twelfth season of Indian Premier League (IPL 2019) is all set to fill you with the cricketing action and thrill. The official authority announced that IPL 2019 will kick start from 23 March 2019 and will be held entirely in India after initial speculation of being held at South Africa or UAE due to the General Election falling during the same time. According to the Lodha Committe report, a mandatory gap of 15 days has to be maintained between the conclusion of the tournament and India’s international fixtures at World cup 2019. 08 Teams will be participating in the twelfth edition of the tournament namely Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Rajasthan Royals (RR), Mumbai Indians (MI), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Delhi Daredevils which is now renamed as Delhi Capitals (DC).
